Changes to Format of Services
There has been a lot going on lately with the installation of the new projector and getting used to the technology in church, so we would really appreciate your feedback on the recent changes, and other possible tweaks.
Please click the button for more information about the changes and a form to submit your thoughts...
Eco Tip for the Week
Reduce carbon emissions and use of resources by keeping new items to a minimum. Electronic products are often unnecessarily upgraded to the latest models. Smartphones, personal computers, tablets and other items of electrical equipment we fill our lives with, are often replaced before the end of their optimum lifespan, which is 5 – 7 years. Consider belongings generally, can they be repaired, borrowed, rented, or bought second hand rather than replaced. Do we need them in the first place?
Choir Windows Fundraising Concert

There are still tickets available for the choir's fundraising concert this Saturday and it is fine to pay on the door.
This will be a not-to-be-missed event, and all for a good cause.
Saturday 26th July at 6.30pm
Giving
Have you reviewed your regular giving recently? An increase of just £2.50 per week would make a massive difference in the face of rising costs. Click the button for more information.
If anyone requires a Gift Aid certificate for their accounts, please contact our treasurer at stmarysmonkseatontreasurer@gmail.com
Holiday Club
A massive Thank You to all who worked so hard to make the Holiday Club such a success. It is clear that the children had an enjoyable and informative time.
Eco Fair

Following the success of last year's event, our 2nd Arts and Eco Fair will take place on Saturday 20th September.
Church Windows Update
Now that the ‘Faculty’ for the work has been approved by the diocese, it is full steam ahead to raise the funds so that we can arrange for the works to commence.
The donation thermometer has been updated and stands at approximately £47000. Thanks to everyone who has donated so generously.
We’re still waiting to hear about our various grant applications though.
Please support our fundraising events, starting with the choir concert this Saturday.
