Iona Brown Concert

We are delighted to welcome Iona Brown to St Mary's, accompanied by David Murray. A violinist with the Royal Northern Sinfonia, Iona will be playing the following programme:

Kreisler: Tango

Elgar: Chanson de Matin

Dvorak: Humoresque

Dowland arr. Grainger: Now o now I needs must part (piano solo)

Bach: Sonata for solo violin in G Minor BWV 1001

Adagio: Fuga: Siciliana : Presto

Bacievicz: Polish Caprice for solo violin

Kreisler: Recitative and Scherzo Caprice for solo violin

Ravel: Tzigane

Admission to this concert is free, but there will be a retiring collection to support our Church and Concert Series. Please do still claim a ticket, as this helps us to better prepare for the concert. Light refreshments will be available from 2:30pm.
