Good Friday

The Liturgy of Good Friday incorporates the telling of the story of the Passion (the arrest, trial and suffering of Jesus), the proclamation of the cross on which Christ died, and a series of reflections and music. 

This is a service of very quiet and intimate moments mixed with music which helps us to connect with the death of Jesus.  

The church remains bare and empty through Holy Saturday, which is a day with no worship: there can be no adequate way of recalling the being dead of the Son of God, other than silence and desolation.
